Oh my gosh, the room was, like, super cozy and clean! The massive spa tub was a total game changer after our adventures around town, and the staff were so chill and helpful! Plus, loved having a Nespresso machine in our room—it made mornings even better! Seriously, we’d totally come back in a heartbeat!

The air conditioning failed to cool the room effectively on a hot day!!! The downsized room was a letdown, listed features didn't align with reality!!! Shower door falling off was a concerning oversight!!!

my previous stay in rotorua was nice, but this night at silver fern rotorua suites & spa blew me away! the room was spacious and the in-room spa tub was amazing after a long day. staff really catered to our needs and made it truly relaxing.

The room was spacious and clean with an extremely comfortable bed. I loved the huge spa tub in the bathroom, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. It even had a dining area and lounge space, which made it feel homey. However, the air conditioning could have been better. it struggled to cool the room on a hot day. Still, it was perfect for a cozy stay!

my stay at silver fern rotorua suites & spa was fantastic! the family one bedroom suite with spa pool was perfect for us. the kitchen facilities made meals easy, and the spa area was so relaxing after our adventures. the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel at home. Great for family getaways!

Tons of space for the kids to play, and the balcony was a nice touch for sipping coffee while they ran around. The picnic area was perfect for lunches, but it could use a little updating here and there. Overall, a fun place for family time.
